  The territorial networks are groupings of cities in the same territory which have decided to work together on issues of common interest. Each network sets up its own organisation and operations in accordance with the statutes of the IAEC. They are coordinated by one of the cities in each network.

  The purpose of the thematic networks is to promote the exchange of ideas and best practices, as well as the collaboration among IAEC cities on specific issues. These issues may be proposed by the Executive Committee or by a group of cities. Each thematic network is co-ordinated by one city.

  THE EDUCATING CITIES INTERNATIONAL DOCUMENTS DATABANK (BIDCE)
Documents that support the development of the concept of Educating City. This database comprises a description of: books, journal articles, dossiers, transcriptions of lectures, conclusions from conferences, seminars and congresses, etc.
Practical experiences from different member cities all over the world dealing with diverse issues and addressed to citizens of all ages.
